Open Settings, go to Screen Time, then Content & Privacy Restrictions and turn them on if they are off. Open App Store, Media, Web & Games, tap Apps and choose Unrated. Picking 18+ is not enough, and you should never pick anything below 18+ because that hides apps from your home screen. Then install Sauci again from AltStore PAL.
